How does on-boarding work?

Our customer success experts will walk you through setting up Lightship for your needs. Then we’ll collaborate with you to systematically train your team. This is true whether your roll out is in one area of the business or enterprise-wide.

How do I get a Lightship login?

If your organization has Lightship, contact your local Administrator, or you can request an account from Lightship Support and we’ll coordinate.

Where do I get Lightship Apps?

You can get all of our apps from the Apple App store, or the Google Play Store.

When is support available?

The hours when you can access support will depend on your organization’s subscription. 24 hour support is available to our enterprise customers.
