About you.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team based in Kamloops, B.C. Ideally, you’ll have sales or related business experience and an ability to find creative ways to prospect new business.

We are looking for someone who excels at identifying target audiences and executing outbound phone and email campaigns. You’ll be conducting high-level conversations with managers and senior executives about their operational needs in order to create qualified leads for the sales team.

What you'll be doing.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be conducting business research and calling prospective clients in order to generate relevant sales opportunities for the closing team.

Other core direct marketing specialist duties include:

  • Conducting research & building prospect lists within our target industries
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Orchestrating discussions with managers and senior executives around their business needs
