Chief Executive Officer
Jaethan has more than ten years of leadership experience in technology and oilfield companies. He is a board member at iTel Networks, where he spent five years as the Chief Business Development Officer. Jaethan was a founding executive of the Canadian Cloud Council, and served on the National Institute of Science and Technologies Carrier Advisory Group for two years. In 2012, he co-founded the BCIC Accelerator, Kamloops Innovation, where he served as the board Chair until 2016. He helped champion KIC’s original funding, contributing to more than $600k being invested in technology development in the Kamloops region.
Chief Operating Officer
Dan is the Chief Operations Officer at Lightship and was the CEO of Truvian Labs. Dan has extensive experience applying technology to industrial operations, resource management, and emergency response. Dan previously worked in the professional services industry, providing data management and GIS consulting expertise to a wide range of domestic and international clients. Dan has extensive experience in emergency response, having provided operational support to wildfires, search and rescue, flood response and also played a key role in several large-scale emergency response exercises.
Chief Technology Officer
Tyler manages our agile development process and has extensive experience creating stable, scalable software platforms for large-scale deployments, including working for the 2010 Winter Olympics on the international media coverage for the Torch Relay, and working as the development lead for a company that successfully exited to Yellow Pages in 2013.
Partner at Fisher & Phillips
Ed Foulke is a partner at Fisher & Phillips Attorneys at law. He co-chairs the firm’s Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group.
Prior to joining Fisher & Phillips, Ed was the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health.
For more than 30 years, Ed has worked in the labor and employment area, focusing on occupational safety and health issues, workplace violence risk assessment and prevention, whistleblower protection, and accident and fatality prevention.
CEO of Pacific Northwest Economic Region
(PNWER), serves the public/private partnership established in 1991 by statute in the states of Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon, and the western Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, and the Yukon Territory, and manages the Pacific Northwest Center for Regional Disaster Resilience.
Mr. Morrison has also been instrumental in coordinating with the Canadian government on infrastructure and port security and preparedness issues related to the Pacific Northwest, including the 2010 Winter Olympics. He lives in Seattle where he and his wife Beth have four children.
Managing Director at Rainmaker Global Business Development
Joshua Soloway is an influential partner with Armour Midstream LP. Josh carries expertise in energy, investment banking, corporate finance, international tax, and capital markets. Since joining Rainmaker, Josh has advised numerous energy, mining, and industrial clients, including a Fortune 500 midstream company and a Chinese state-owned enterprise. Prior to his role with Rainmaker, Josh was a managing director of Ameritus Capital Group.
Additionally, Josh founded Soloway Group PC; a boutique Wall Street law firm that advises international companies on capital market security matters in the United States.
